Frank has been in China for quite awhile working for Microsoft and in the gaming industry. A long time mentor, Frank has started his own company, Kwestr, a “gamification layer” that helps make life a little more interesting by leveraging your friends on Facebook or Sina Weibo, or both (gasp!).
